Author interview & giveaway: S.E. Hall - author of The Evolve series

S.E.Hall is the author of the Amazon Best Selling Evolve Series, Emerge, Embrace, Entangled(novella)and Entice as well as the best selling stand-alone NA Romance, Pretty Instinct. She also co-wrote Stirred Up, an erotic short-story with her CP and friend, Author Angela Graham and is honored to be a part of the USA Today and NYT Best Selling Devour box set. S.E., which stands for Stephanie Elaine, resides in Arkansas with her husband of 18 years and 3 beautiful daughters of the home, and one married daughter who graced her with two beautiful grandchildren. When not in the stands watching her ladies play softball, she enjoys reading and writing and the occasional trip to the casino. She's also clutch at Baggo, when it's warm outside, and definitely the woman to pick on your side for some Flip Cup!

FMM: Are any of your books inspired by your own life experiences? 

SEH: My books were inspired by my daughter. She is my Laney. Most of my dialogue is from her and her friends. And a lot of Sawyer comes from  my husband.    

FMM: How do you come up with your chapter names? 

SEH:  it hits me while I type it, I do it. If not, I go back and blank out on what the chapter makes me feel. In Entice, the first two sounded close to movies - bam - theme idea born. I also let my betas and street team help with chapter names. 

FMM: If you had to be one of your characters and live their life experiences, which character would you be and why? 

SEH: Laney....she's a very put together young woman, not a young life full of regrets, successful and starting a new adventure in college...surrounded by hot, wonderful men...definitely Laney

FMM: What are your views on social media for marketing?

 SEH: Honestly, I didn't realize how time consuming it was, but I do think its an absolute must. Its a great way to stay in touch with readers and let them know what is going on and to hear their feedback. 

FMM: Do you " go by" any motivational phrases or sayings?

 SEH: If it's not broke, don't fix it.

FMM: Do you have any advice for your younger self? 

SEH: Don't be in such a hurry to grow up....and be a mystery

FMM: If you could have been the original author of any book, which book would it have been and why?  

SEH: FSOG....that book is phenomenal, it awoke a nation
